Tea Brewing Suggestion Infusion Method

Water Temperature:100°C.

Tea to Water Ratio: 1:60/1:80, 5g/300-400ml.

Time: 3min

Kungfu Brewing Water Temperature: 100°C

Tea to Water Ratio: 1:20-25, 5g/100ml-125ml (each infusion).

Time: Rinse tea for 15 seconds and discard the water. For the first 1-5 infusions, steep for 20-25 seconds,gradually increasing the steeping time after the 5th infusion.

Cold Brew Tea Water Temperature: Room temperature water.

Tea to Water Ratio: 1:60/1:80, 5g/300-400ml.
