The Stress Relief refers to the fragrance's structure, which uses floral notes to form the base and top, with a heart made up of herbal and woody notes. This gives the aroma a warm but not overwhelming texture and finish.

• How to use: Light the massage candle and let it burn for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the oil to fully liquefy. Extinguish flame and pour a small amount of oil into your hands. Warm by rubbing hands together, then apply to skin
